As Design Director at Texino, I orchestrated cross-functional teams on the redesign of Texino’s most popular product, the Venture.
Together, we standardized and refined processes, implemented user feedback to improve UX and elevated quality control, culminating in a 30% reduction in assembly time, creation of a new family of accessories, and a significant reduction in NVH.
